5.1. Pricing: All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless otherwise stated. 5.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Payfast, EFT, etc.. 5.3. Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details. 5.4. EFT Payments: If paying by EFT, your order will only be processed once the payment reflects in our bank account. This may take 24-48 hours, depending on your bank. Please use your order number as the payment reference. 5.5. Promotional Codes/Vouchers: Promotional codes and vouchers are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of issue. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are generally for one-time use.

6. Order Process

6.1. Placing an Order: To place an order, select the desired Products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide delivery information and select a payment method. 6.2. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and its details. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but merely confirms that we have received it. 6.3. Acceptance of Order: Our acceptance of your order occurs when the Products are dispatched from our warehouse, at which point a contract of sale is concluded. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. 6.4. Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, our Returns Policy will apply.

7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery Areas: We deliver to addresses within South Africa. 7.2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided on the Website and during the checkout process. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, courier delays, national holidays, or adverse weather conditions. 7.3. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. 7.4. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier. 7.5. Receiving Delivery: It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the parcel. If no one is available, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave a notice for collection. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts. 7.6. Inspection on Delivery: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the Products carefully for any damage or discrepancies before signing for delivery.
